My great grandmother is Annie Eliza Lambert Turner and yall are right about us having a beautiful family!
My Nephew, Brother, Father, and Grandfather are named Jack Carlton Turner IIII,III,Jr.,Sr. And my Grandmother who married Jack Sr was Alice Johnstone Turner.
Never in a million years would I have guessed there was another Alice Turner before her but I did suspect a Jack Turner and the earliest Jack I could find so far, I was able to find in the records from the Turner/Souder family feud in Eastern Kentucky.
Reading here I see “Western Kentucky” so I am asking myself “did they not make it to western Kentucky and started fighting with the Sowder’s?”
This website helped me to unravel long lost family origins of my great grandfather William Monroe Turner and without the work done here by the Lamberts we would of likely never found anything on Annie Eliza or anything about GG William’s family history as it had all been long lost, especially since my Grandpop Jack Sr passed when I was 3 as result of injuries at international paper.
To my understanding he had a machine locked out and his lock removed and the machine was energized with him inside resuting in a head injury which led to further complications ultimately leading to a stroke, the first memory I have is with him in the workshop at his home on Lake Elbert in Winter Haven FL.

The Millers are part of this family as well…Artie Lee Miller was my grandfather…his dad was Willie Miller, who married a Turner, I believe.
